New Mexico ODP
The New Mexico Youth Soccer Association Olympic Development Program (ODP) is a player identification and development program. It provides age-eligible players an opportunity to represent New Mexico at the US Youth Soccer West Regional level and beyond. Player development provided at Olympic Development Program events is intended to complement training at the club level. The program is aimed at Competitive players playing club or those All Star players in respective programs who want to be challenged.
New Mexico YOP
The Young Olympians Program (YOP) serves as an introduction to ODP (Olympic Development Program). YOP caters to players in Four age groups; players born up to two years below the youngest ODP age group as well as the same age of the youngest ODP age group. YOP training pools are trained by State Technical Director and ODP coaching staff in a competitive training environment with the emphasis on player development. The YOP training sessions take place during the spring season.
The program is aimed at age eligible competitive players and All-Star Recreational Players who are motivated and eager to learn. The Training Sessions will be dynamic and challenging for all that attend. Not recommended for 1st time players.
