- Taos NM completes FIFA 2-Star training facility at Taos Eco Park. In April 2011, Taos opened a state-of-the-art multi-purpose synthetic turf field complex, which received a FIFA 2-Star Field Certification (one of only 4 in the US and the highest altitude 2-Star field in the world).
