Financial Policy and Procedures 010619
The Financial Policy changes are updates to reflect current "doing business" methods and to add accountability/review processess for budget variances.
Risk Management Program 010619
The Risk Management Program is being updated to include USYS and USSF rule changes concerning the SafeSport Act.
Bylaws - 010619
The Bylaw changes proposed are to incorporate a NMYSA Organization Chart, clarify the DC Rep. Role, clarify/define the NMYSA Board of and to include a requirement that members provide financial information annually.
General Procedure and Rules - Transfer Rule 010619
The proposed General Procedure and Rules changes if to update the transfer rule as it relates to fees.
