NMYSA usually hosts its Annual General Meeting (AGM) during the second weekend in June. The AGM is open to all NMYSA members. Each League has voting rights proportionate to their total number of registered players. An AGM has traditionally consisted of all-day Saturday workshops (also including vendor booths, special guests, awards and recognition, and more),
The 2018 New Mexico Youth Soccer Association Annual General Meeting will be held Saturday June 9, 2018, at the Wyndham Hotel located at 2500 Carlisle Blvd, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
Below is the preliminary AGM schedule. If you would like to add a topic to the agenda, please contact the State Office (505-830-2246) and they will do their best to include it. League/Club Presidents and District Commissioners should have their annual reports to the State Office by May 24, 2018 so that they can be included in the program. These reports, typically no more than one page, are a summary of your League/Club activities over the last year (they are also a time to brag about the about the good things happening in your communities).
There are no fees to register for the AGM; however, we ask that you complete the registration form below so that we know how many to expect from your League/Club. NMYSA will pay for one room night for each affiliate member President or designee. Presidents, please let the State Office know if you are able to attend and/or if you are sending a designee and you will be added to the hotel rooming list. Also, the annual NMYSA Member Affiliation forms and fees of $40.00 are due by June 3 (see below).
