By submitting this application and participating in the Tournament, this team agrees to participate in, if qualified, and pay all fees associated with participating in, the US Youth Soccer Region IV Championships (June 21-27, 2010, Bernalillo, NM). Minimum number of games not guaranteed. 2010 US Youth Soccer New Mexico Open State Cup play precludes participation in the 2010 Kohl's American Cup.
