In years past, New Mexico ODP coaches have selected players from our respective ODP age groups to form teams that attended the ODP Region IV Camp held each summer.  This year, 2013, Region IV has changed the ODP Camp format and the selection process so we wanted to pass along those changes to you:
  1. Region IV OPD coaches will select individuals from each New Mexico ODP age group to invite to the Region IV ODP Camps. 
  2. Invitations to the Region IV ODP camp will come directly from the Region via email to the individuals they have invited.
  3. The format for camp has changed to a “Scramble Camp.”   Upon arrival, the individuals attending will be put together with players from other State Associations to form scramble teams.
  4. New Mexico ODP Staff can make recommendations to the Region for Camp but the ultimate decision comes from the Region.

 The Boys camp will be held in McMinnville, Oregon at the Linfield College campus on the dates indicated below:

’00 Boys – June 27 - July 3, 2013

’99 Boys – July 4 - 10, 2013

’98 Boys – July 4 - 10, 2013

’97 Boys – July 11 - 17, 2013

’96 Boys – July 11 - 17, 2013

'95 Boys (who graduate HS in 2014) - July 11 - 17, 2013

The Girls camp will be held in Pomona, CA at the Cal Poly Pomona campus on the dates indicated below:

’96 Girls – July 1, 2013 to July 4, 2013

’97 Girls – July 1, 2013 to July 4, 2013

’98 Girls – July 1, 2013 to July 4, 2013

’99 Girls – July 5, 2013 to July 8, 2013

’00 Girls – July 5, 2013 to July 8, 2013

Girls Camp - Players need to check-in to camp at Noon on the first day, so please plan flights accordingly. Players will depart late afternoon/evening on the final day. The nearest airport is Ontario Airport.
