"Friendly Registry" update
The NM Friendly Registry has been up and running since April 2013 and it has been a great success. Teams from all over the state joined in. Kids had the opportunity to meet new friends and play more soccer in a more casual, relaxed environment. One great example features a group of kids from Chama. A gym teacher from Chama had just finished a segment on soccer with her class. She saw the registry and contacted a coach from Taos to set up a friendly game for her kids. On a sunny Sunday afternoon in April, they rode over the Chama pass in a school bus to play with the Taos players. Everyone had a blast. Are you searching for new challenges for your team? Want to give your kids a chance to make new friends and play teams from other parts of the state? We have created a state-wide friendly registry. It is basically be a listing of all the teams around New Mexico looking for friendly game opportunities, categorized by age and gender. The list is posted on this page and is updated periodically.

There is always room for more teams on the NM Friendly Registry. The more teams registered, the better it works. Please include the following information: team name; age / gender; location; usual bracket - gold, silver, bronze; how far you will travel; best days for a game; coach's contact information. If you are already on the list and need to make changes or updates, please send those, too.
