TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and learning environment for athletes with disabilities, organized by Rio Rancho Soccer Club (RRSC) and New Mexico Youth Soccer Association (NMYSA).  The program is designed to initiate / provide a life-long healthy, wholesome love of and relationship with soccer for any boy and girl age 9-14 who has a mental or physical disability.  RRSC is dedicated to developmental soccer and to offering a place to play for everyone.

The TOPSoccer training sessions involve developmentally appropriate activities aimed at developing balance, coordination, agility and basic soccer skills.  The number one aim of the program is to encourage the players to have FUN
